TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE USE

Julie Jones Home provides website features, information and products through juliejoneshome.com. Julie Jones Home Services are subject to the following conditions. By using juliejoneshome.com, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Website Use (Terms & Conditions). The Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders, purchases and other business transacted by or through the juliejoneshome.com website and shall become part of any contractual agreement with Julie Jones Home arising out of this website’s use.The user is agreeing that these Terms & Conditions will govern its full relationship with Julie Jones Home and will apply to all orders, purchases and other business transactions between the customer and Julie Jones Home, regardless of how those orders, purchases and other transactions are initiated.

Terms of Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If Julie Jones Home refers an account to a third party for collection for non-payment of amounts due, customer will be responsible for all costs, fees, charges, interest, expenses and attorney's fees that accrue as a result of those collection efforts.

Delivery. If no ship date is specified, in stock items will be shipped asap after the order is placed and payment terms have been approved by Julie Jones Home. Automatic acknowledgment is sent if a confirmation email address has been provided. No other notification will be sent.

Non-fulfilled orders. If there is a descresion in your order, whether overselling or out of stock, we will ensure to notify you and issue a refund/cancel your order.

Cancellations.
Once an order is placed we cannot cancel an order as we begin processing immediately. 

Shipping. Most shipping comes from our San diego facilities. We reserve the right to use our own 
discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. All efforts will be made to use the most cost effective shipping method with UPS and Federal Express being our preferred carrier. Large furniture items will be shipped via a freight carrier at our descretion. Upholstery products will be delivered “white glove” and set in your desired location in your home. 

Shipping Damage.
All packages must be inspected upon arrival. Julie Jones Home must be notified of any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately and in all cases within 24 hrs of delivery. Claims will be submitted by the responsible party to the carrier. 

Defects. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival and any defects should be reported 
immediately to Julie Jones Home via jjhomeorders@gmail.com. Julie Jones Home will process an order for replacement, refund, or repair upon customer’s request. Julie Jones Home will only accept a damage claim within 3 days of the date of delivery.

Returns (Non-defect).
All sales are final.
