Terms of service.

By purchasing Products from Julie Jones Home, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Returns and Shipping:

All sales are final unless the item is damaged during shipping or has a product defect that prevents it from functioning as intended. If a product is defective or damaged, we will work with our clients and furniture manufacturers to replace or repair the item. This may include shipping the item back, or having a repair specialist come to your home to repair the item.

All items should be throughly checked when delivered, and a signature is needed upon receipt. Do not sign for items with visible damage to the contents of the packaging when receiving. All damages must be reported to our team within a 48 hour timeframe following the delivery of your items. This ensures that we can address any issues promptly and effectively.

Julie Jones Home is only offering US domestic shipping at this time. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Mexico. Shipping charges vary and will be applied at checkout. You will be notified when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Make sure it fits in your space:

Please carefully read the dimensions of pieces you are interested in purchasing. It is not the responsibility of Julie Jones Home if an item does not fit how you intended in your space. Please note the path of travel and entry points to the final destination of your item to ensure it will arrive safely and fit properly in your space.

 Natural Product Disclaimer:

Some products may be slightly imperfect due to the nature of the materials used. Variations in texture, color, and pattern are inherent in natural materials and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. These minor imperfections should be embraced as part of the character and charm of the product, enhancing its individuality and appeal. These imperfections can involve varied grain patterns, wood separation, slight color variations, and slight shape differences in a collection of the same items. Embracing these natural irregularities is essential in understanding the charm and authenticity of the product. Rather than viewing them as flaws, they can be seen as markers of craftsmanship and the organic nature of the material itself. These characteristics reflect the story of the materials and their journey to your home.
